Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 3jlo ("3jlo," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 3jlo website located at https://3jlo.vip, including all games, services, promotions, tools, content, and features made available through the platform.

By creating a 3jlo account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of 3jlo after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 3jlo Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and 3jlo.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 3jlo platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 3jlo strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wagers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 3jlo or any related gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, representative, or employee of any entity that is prohibited from using the 3jlo platform.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of 3jlo, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 3jlo platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3jlo reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 3jlo account, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if any changes occur.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlo login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. 3jlo will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 3jlo support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3jlo is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. You must provide a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, SSS card, or driver's license) when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3jlo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced at 3jlo's discretion. All transactions must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 3jlo is PHP 100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Deposits are credited to your 3jlo wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within the timeframes applicable to bank transfers for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 3jlo does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests on 3jlo are processed to your verified payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. 3jlo reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals cannot be processed to payment accounts that are not registered in your name.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 3jlo platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 3jlo does not currently accept transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees resulting from an attempted foreign currency transaction are the sole responsibility of the depositing player.

Bonuses and Promotions

3jlo offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, bingo bonus cards, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots only, bingo only). Wagering on restricted game categories may not contribute to bonus rollover requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 3jlo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses that have already been credited and are subject to active wagering requirements will be honoured at 3jlo's discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures, circumvent wagering requirements, or abuse promotional systems is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the 3jlo platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, Monster Dice, bingo, WL Live sports betting, and sabong — are operated according to their individual game rules. By participating in any game on 3jlo, you accept the rules of that specific game as displayed within the game interface.

Game outcomes on 3jlo are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the long-term mathematical expectation of the game engine and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session, 3jlo reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the relevant stake to the player's account. In cases where the resolution is unclear, 3jlo's decision shall be final.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed through WL Live on the 3jlo platform are subject to the WL Live betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and event type. 3jlo reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds in cases of demonstrable error, event cancellation, or other circumstances as defined in the WL Live sports betting rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3jlo platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Creating or using more than one account on the 3jlo platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic aid to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players in any game where collusion could affect outcomes;
• Using the 3jlo platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that contravenes Philippine law or international financial regulations;
• Accessing the 3jlo platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical operation of the 3jlo platform;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 3jlo support staff or other players through any communication channel.

3jlo reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, including suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3jlo platform — including but not limited to the 3jlo brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 3jlo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3jlo platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the 3jlo platform without express prior written consent from 3jlo.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jlo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3jlo platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or service interruption;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password confidentiality;
• Loss of data arising from system failure;
• Any decision made by 3jlo in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or termination.

The 3jlo platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. 3jlo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform, particularly during scheduled maintenance periods, peak-load events, or circumstances beyond 3jlo's reasonable control.

Responsible Gaming

3jlo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies with the responsible gaming standards set by PAGCOR. All registered 3jlo accounts have access to the following player protection tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable at any time.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss you may sustain within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic reminders and session cut-offs to manage time spent on the platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 30 days during which no gameplay is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or extended exclusion from the 3jlo platform, taking effect within minutes of request.

Players who self-exclude from 3jlo agree not to attempt to create new accounts or otherwise circumvent their self-exclusion during the exclusion period. Any such attempt constitutes a breach of these Terms, and any accounts or winnings derived from activity during an exclusion period may be suspended and forfeited.

Account Suspension and Termination

3jlo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC identity verification;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Use of prohibited software or conduct affecting game integrity;
• Provision of false information during registration or verification;
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or PAGCOR;
• Extended account inactivity, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon termination of an account where no breach of these Terms is established, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe. In cases involving confirmed fraud or material breach, 3jlo reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

11.1 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 3jlo account at any time by contacting the 3jlo support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Account closure requests do not affect any pending transactions or investigations.

Privacy and Data Protection

3jlo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering for a 3jlo account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 3jlo Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to provide you with the 3jlo gaming services. 3jlo will not sell your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or regulation.

Amendments to These Terms

3jlo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3jlo will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the website with a revised "last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 3jlo platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact 3jlo support to request account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your 3jlo account, or the 3jlo platform shall first be submitted to 3jlo's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the 3jlo support team. 3jlo will acknowledge your dispute within two (2) business days and endeavour to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 3jlo's internal process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or to the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

14.1 Language

These Terms & Conditions are prepared and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English version, which shall prevail in all cases.
